TELL is the efficient outdoor sensor against water and other thieves. Weatherproof and easy to install, TELL reliably sends alerts during the up to 4 years without a battery change – at any time and everywhere.

Simple and reliable protection of infrastructures
With its highly sensitive motion, acceleration and temperature sensors, TELL records manipulations of HYDRANTS, gate valves, area coverage, grilles/grates and all types of entrances/access (water chambers, operation centres, shafts, etc.). The data is transmitted in real time as push notifications, damage is effectively prevented.

The technology
The TELL sensor reacts to movements, inclinations and registers temperature fluctuations. Its electronics are sealed. This means that it is fully protected against weather and environmental impacts. The housing is made of recycled OPX plastic and is designed so that battery changes are as easy as possible. Manipulations of the protected infrastructure components are reliably detected and reported via the mobile network to the TELL app (iOS and Android). The sensor performs a self-test several times a day. Any irregularities and the charge status of the batteries are displayed on the TELL app. The data transmission is realised in multichannel technology. An external antenna and antenna extensions are available as accessories.

Simple installation and maintenance
TELL can be easily installed with the TELL mount without the need for any tools and activated at the touch of a button using the smartphone. The position of the sensor is also automatically recorded and shown on the app or in INFRAPORT.
